Citizenship/Naturalization

Becoming a U.S citizen is an important step and the process varies depending on your situation. At The Fouladi Law Firm, we assist clients in identifying the right path and guisde them through each stage with care and professionalism.

NATURALIZATION

Many clients obtain citizenship through the process of naturalization. To qualify, lawful permanent residents (LPRs) must generally have lived in the United States for five years (three if married to a U.S. citizen), be at least 18 years of age, demonstrate good moral character, and meet English and civics test requirements. We help clients prepare and file Form N-400, organize required documents, and get ready for the interview and oath ceremony—ensuring that each step is handled accurately and efficiently.

CITIZENSHIP

Some individuals may already be U.S. citizens by birth or through their parents, even if they were born abroad. We assist with confirming or documenting citizenship through Form N-600 or a U.S. passport application, helping clients gather the necessary evidence and records to prove eligibility.
